UNIF accepts returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by the system.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing and Refund

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
